I am a practicing lawyer based in Dhaka with a strong focus on criminal, civil, and corporate litigation. My work is driven by precision, deep legal research, and a commitment to delivering practical and strategic solutions for clients.
Currently, I serve as an associate at The Law Counsel (Barrister Abdur Razzaq & Associates), where I work extensively on Death References, criminal appeals, revisions, and ICT-related matters. Alongside this, I am a Senior Associate at Shomaji & Associates under Learned Advocate Ehsanul Haque Shomaji, Former Special Prosecutorial Adviser (Status: Attorney General for Bangladesh), Ministry of Home, and Former Public Prosecutor, Metropolitan Sessions Court and Durniti Dhaman Commission, where I prepare cases, draft appeals, revisions, arguments, and several petitions, and support trial strategy in complex criminal matters.

International Crimes
He has been professionally involved in International Crimes Tribunal-related litigation and appellate proceedings, including working with Senior Advocate Barrister Imran A. Siddiq before the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in Khan Akram vs. International Crimes Tribunal, which resulted in an acquittal.
His involvement has included advanced legal research, appellate preparation, paper-book examination, evidentiary assessment, case analysis, and preparation of legal submissions in several significant International Crimes Tribunal proceedings. His research and litigation support have included Chief Prosecutor vs. Sheikh Sirajul Haque alias Siraj Master & Others, Obaidul Haque Taher vs. International Crimes Tribunal, Abdul Latif Talukdar vs. International Crimes Tribunal, and Abdul Mannan @ Monai vs. International Crimes Tribunal.
